UM&A Provides to Seller:

UM &A searches out, finds, and thoroughly evaluates potential buyers and brings qualified buyers to the seller.  UM&A supports the seller and advises all the way through the process to assure a successful transition.  UM&A works under total confidentiality and pledges to protect and promote the interests of the client. This obligation of absolute loyalty to the client is primary but does not relieve us form our obligation to deal fairly with all parties to a transaction. UM&A recommends attorneys and tax accountants for independent advice on transactions.

UM&A Provides to Buyer:

UM&A works with the buyer to establish acquisition criteria and then discretly searches for potential acquisitions that meet the criteria.  After preliminary due dilligence UM&A will approach the acquisition target and determine the potential for a deal.
